While the most famous pattern is called Megamendung which take the pattern of cloud, Cirebon presents us with batik dotted by butterfly. It is colorful and very well suited for top (blouse, etc). It is also good for long skirt or even crumple short skirt.

In recent time, the story teller called Dalang even inserted joke on democracy or corruption that touches the very aspect of people's concern.
